Extremely caring and understanding staff. Love their automated text services that let you know when your taxi is on it's way and also when it has arrived so they don't horn the street down. Has to be the only firm that actually cares about their customers. Thanks a lot.

Had a business trip from Blackburn to London. Decided to give Crown Cars Taxi Service - Taxis in Blackburn with Darwen a go. The staff were extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. Prices were cheap! They also price match with any other firm in Blackburn. They use the most beautiful cars which are always kept clean and most importantly, FREE WIFI !!!!
Rather expensive when compared to similar operators in area. Quoted 50 for an airport run as opposed to 35 and 40 from closest competitors despite offering no discernible difference in service. Cars are rather uncomfortable and drivers not the friendliest tbh.
